What happens
Our ambassador to Romania has hurriedly been summoned to the office of the Romanian leader. Before he could inquire about recent movements of the Romanian military towards our shared border, he was presented with an ultimatum. Bulgaria, the Romanian leader insisted, could no longer be permitted to conduct itself without his express consent, and should submit every major policy decision for his approval. Refusal would be met with force.
