What happens
With tensions rising in Europe, the Romanian leader has come to us with a surprising offer: If we commit to defend Romania from any outside threat, we would be allowed to station troops on Romanian soil. As a measure of good will, the Romanian leader has also relaxed restrictions on the Communist Party.
