What happens
There has been several cases of complaints against the local rulers of the nation. The people feel they are being ill treated by the aristocracy. An initial investigation into the matter shows that there is at least a degree of valid ground for their complaints. However, an intervention by the central government is not going to be looked on favorably by other nobles.
