Following the collapse of the official Japanese army command and the civil war that ensued in the Home Islands, our former protectorate known as the East Hebei Autonomous Government which lies on China's south-western border now lies unprotected. As such, they have deiced to strike, and take it while our government has too many other problems to deal with to care for what happens on the continent.
