What happens
At a plenary session of the House of Representatives of the Imperial Diet earlier today, Hamada Kunimatsu, a member of the Rikken Seiyukai Party gave a scathing critique of army minister Hisaichi Terauchi and the growing power of the military factions. Upon being confronted by the minister for disrespecting the military's authority and supposedly insulting their honor, he responded with 'Check the transcript and if there are any words that insult the military, I will commit seppuku and apologize to you. If there are no such words, you will commit seppuku yourself'. After this, Terauchi was furious at this and glared at Hamada from the stage, causing chaos with angry shouts flying through the assembly hall.
