The Complacent Emperor

The legitimacy of Emperor Hirohito has come into question ever since his complacency towards the increasing military dominance over politics and inaction when violence ramped up between the factions in the country. Now, many call for one of his younger brothers, Nobuhito, who is an outspoken supporter of the civilian government, to take the title of Emperor, as his older brothers have both committed acts of treason. This would be able to retain royal support for our current government, and bolster our people's morale.
