What happens
their Ambassador has informed us that his country has just signed a treaty of mutual assistance with Russia. Under the treaty terms, neither side will attack the other, and will try to support the other in times of war. He further stated that his government only signed this treaty under the express provision that we be allowed to join the pact if we so wish.
