What happens
We have received word from a much chastised delegation from Congo, that they have decided to accept their place as an Overseas Department of Belgium. Our citizenship and tax offices have begun drafting the documentation for the proper integration of these new citizens into our system, and the Colonial Office has begun to draft up a new system of local government more closely following along Belgian lines.
