What happens
One of our covert agents stationed in the other nation has been approached with proposition from their government; A secret pact between our faction and the other nation, which will mean they'll help us undermine our enemies in Europe, while keeping up their appearance of neutrality, and even abandoning it in our favor when the time comes. It will also mean that we'll go in their defense if they were at risk of being invaded.
