What happens
The whole of Switzerland and its neighbors have eyes in the trial of David Frankfurter. The result of this trial will not only reveal the fate of the self declared guilty party, but of Switzerland as a whole, and to what lengths it is willing to compromise in its institutions and traditions. All signs from the court are pointing towards a fair prison sentence, but influence from the council could change the outcome of the trial, and perhaps the very essence of the country.
