David Frankfurter asks for pardon

Now that the war is over and no longer exists, David Frankfurter, with help from his legal counsel, George Brunschvig, has requested a pardon for the killing of Wilhelm Gustloff back in 1936. Since we are no longer surrounded by fascist regimes, and Frankfurter's crime has been re-contextualized thanks to Nazi atrocities discovered throughout the war, there would be almost no risk in offering him clemency, and we could even forbid him from re-entering our nation, just in case.
