What happens
Following a series of incidents described as "blatant provocations", the Japanese government has declared that a state of "armed conflict" exists in China. They claim that the central government of the Chinese leader has shown an unwillingness or inability to properly prosecute those responsible. Accordingly, they have announced that a "peacekeeping" force of Japanese troops has been dispatched to the country to restore order and prevent further attacks.
