What happens
This Evening, their leader came with a quite interesting proposal: That we hand over the administration of the Kwantung Leased Territory surrounding the port city of Dalian while we get to keep our operations active as before. He stated that as our two nations already are inseparable it would only be logical to reunite Dalian with the rest of Manchuria, while also relieving us from some administrative costs.
