What happens
Following the Execution of Lingsheng, Governor of Xing'an province and Pan-Mongol politician at the hands of the Kwantung Army, there has been a wave of unrest in the country. The Xing'an Army as well as Mongol and Buryat Generals such as and have threatened to resign if this isn't handled, but at the same time appeasement may come at the risk of angering Japan.
