For the first time since the war of the confederation, where the united state of Peru-Bolivia collapsed, and thought to never exist again, it is back. Some claim that this is just a facade to hide to true ruler's imperialist ambition, but many are hopeful that the confederation will b able to unite the people in a way they have never been before. What is certain however, that the union is here to stay.
