What happens
The Kriegsmarine and the Royal navy has engaged each other just outside Montevideo in a fierce battle. The German ship, severely damaged, dropped anchor around 00.10 in our ports, requesting repairs while the British diplomats has pressed us to force the ship out to sea, where it will inevitably be destroyed by the Royal Navy.
