What happens
An unexpected communique from the Peruvian diplomats arrived recently. Within the communique was an offer for a conditional peace, they give us Loreto, and we withdraw our forces from the rest of their country. We will need to consider this carefully, we could settle for what we currently have, or keep up the fight in hopes to gain even more territory.
