What happens
After Japan's defeat, the Chinese Communist party has gathered to discuss the path ahead. The 7th congress marks the first national congress since 1928 as well as the return to meeting on Chinese land, the previous congress being hosted in Moscow due to a weakened party. Items discussed included the successes and failures of our tactics against the Japanese. Other points included the adoption of a new constitution, seeking to implement our leader's vision of how to best lead our nation forward.
