What happens
We have received a delegation from the other nation, petitioning us to hand over territory which they claim are rightfully theirs, and that might be true... From a certain point of view. their leader would be very grateful if we obliged and gave the Chinese what they are asking for, and would be equally upset if we refused — so much so that might consider taking the territory by force. Or so the delegation claims at least...
