What happens
The government of the other nation has sent us a complaint about the lack of coordination between our commanders in the field. They quote reports from their commanders which state that our officers were unwilling to follow orders from the other nation command, leaving them all in unnecessarily vulnerable positions. Specifically, the other nation wants us to ensure that we will take part in an on-going tactical retreat, and not compromise it by infighting.
