What happens
their government has started an extensive program of investments in the economy. As part of that program, they have set aside funds for the construction of a network of bridges, tunnels, and roads in the capital and elsewhere. The corresponding increase in capacity for our construction industry would no doubt continue to pay dividends in the future. However, some people in the government worry that inviting their engineers and funding will only make us more dependent on their expertise in the future.
