What happens
During the most recent enemy retreat, a high-ranking Russian general has been captured by our forces. In our custody this general, Andrey Vlasov, has professed his "anti-Bolshevism" and now proposes to raise some divisions of captured Russians to fight alongside us against "Stalinism".
