What happens
As the world around us descends into violence, the other nation has stepped up and vowed to defend all Slavic peoples against those who would seek us harm. They have extended an invitation to us for membership in a new "Pan-Slavic Union", in which they claim all Slavic peoples will be represented fairly and justly, protected by the great their army.
