What happens
The governors of Nevada, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and Colorado have declared a state of emergency following wide-spread demonstrations in support of the Boston Government. In several cases, state police and National Guard units fired on the protesters, who fled in panic, dragging their dead and wounded with them.
