What happens
In what can only be described as utter contempt for us, the Dutch Queen Wilhelmina has announced her resolve to place Wilhelm II back on the throne of Germany after the conclusion of the present war. She has invited any Germans who wish to fight for their old Kaiser to make their way to Dutch-held territory, clearly in an attempt to weaken the German position and strengthen her own.
