What happens
The bandits of North East Brazil, known as the Cangaço, have orchestrated a raid on a settlement in the region. Law enforcement are struggling to make headway with their investigations due to locals protecting members of the group. It would seem that hunting down the perpetrators will require a much stronger security presence in the area.
