Troops belonging to Peru have as of yesterday started crossing into the region Napo-Pastaza, a state that does not belong to them. After the Pacific war, we have quite recently had to give up on Tacna and hand it back over to Peru as a part of a deal, but as they do not respect international borders, so do we not have to.
