The Chilean leader of the Chilean leader has formally reached out to us, demanding an apology as well as compensation for the sinking of the Chilean cargo ship SS Tolten the other week. He states that it is our responsibility to uphold by international standards, and reflect upon our indecent actions of submarine warfare.
