Selecting a New Commander-in-Chief for the Army

There are many men in our army who are willing to take up the mantle and responsibility to lead, and there are also many who are ready and willing to fight to their last breath for our country. Due to having a new president, we now need to select a successor to Óscar Novoa Fuentes, who has held the position for almost five years at this point. Who will lead our armies as the number one commander?
