What happens
The majority of the attending delegates have voted that Britain should be denied the right to establish any Armenian puppet state in northern Turkey. British officials condemned the decision and described the entire convention as shambolic, but have decided that they would rather still be able to influence the following proceedings even if they have been guaranteed nothing.
