the leader returned to Bulgaria today from a meeting with the Yugoslavian leader in Yugoslavia to discuss the proposal to sign the Treaty of Perpetual Friendship between Yugoslavia and our nation. Unfortunately, the Yugoslavian leader did not seem very enthusiastic about the idea of befriending our nation and ultimately rejected our proposal.
