the leader returned to Bulgaria today from a meeting with the Yugoslavian leader in Yugoslavia to discuss the proposal to sign the Treaty of Perpetual Friendship between Yugoslavia and our nation. At the end of the meeting, dignitaries from both countries signed the Treaty, but left some clauses open for the future, with the mutual desire not only to preserve, but also to expand this beneficial relationship.
