What happens
The diplomat we sent to Bulgaria to negotiate the use of Bulgarian territory as a base of operations for our army has reported that the Bulgarian leader refused to grant military access to our troops, dangerously hampering our military operations in the Balkans in the near future. Allegedly, the Bulgarian leader believes that meeting each of our demands will turn Bulgaria into just another our satellite, preventing the country from becoming the independent great power in the Balkans that it rightfully should be.
