What happens
The Bulgarian high command has politely declined our proposal to donate our aircraft to bolster the Bulgarian air force, stating that having accepted this donation would have meant Bulgaria's rapprochement with our policies, something that at this time is not in the interest of the Bulgarians, who are determined to reestablish their air force on their own.
