What happens
the Ethiopian leader has declared that due to his royal bloodline, supposedly stretching all the way back to the biblical King Solomon, he is the legitimate ruler of the region. He went on to declare the rebirth of Ethiopia as the Empire of Solomon. Having already wrestled control of the region from the great powers, the Ethiopian leader intends to move the capital of his empire to the region. It remains to be seen whether there will be geopolitical repercussions to Ethiopia’s Solomonic restructuring.
