What happens
their leader of the other nation has reached out to us with a request to purchase the state of the region. Back in 1867 when the state was bought from the then Russian Empire by America the offer was first extended to the other nation. The offer was rejected then, but since then they have come to have a change in opinion and now wish to acquire the state from us. In return they offer to pay us handsomely.
