What happens
A proposal from the Austrian diplomats within our country have just reached us. Having been released from the Treaty of Saint-Germain-En-Laye they now wish to rebuild their army, for defensive measures they have assured us. Their country has a history of making rather robust air frames and having quite a few talented pilots but with the gap in their production and training they now stand before the challenge of rebuilding this capacity. If we are ready to look past their actions in the Great War, we could stand to gain from this partnership.
