Motion of No Confidence Against our leader

With some surprise, the government has just received the letter of resignation from our leader citing health reasons. However, has been the picture of good health, so there are some who suspect there might be other motivations. The President has been embroiled in a recent political scandal whereby was discovered to have sent a personal letter to the German leader in which begged for military assistance against our enemies, real and perceived. Understandably, some of the more nationalist elements of the cabinet decried this obvious assault on our sovereignty, and they might have pressured to resign.
