What happens
As the civil institutions are breaking down in the Soviet Union, many local nationalist governments are declaring their independence, the nation being one of them. Karelian irredentists and militarists have declared that we have a second Kinship War on our hands, while moderates and socialists claim we should not get involved in Soviet affairs.
