East Karelian Rebellion Crushed!

For the past couple of months, their forces have probed East Karelian towns, attempting to find ways to destabilize the region and throw local garrisons into chaos, however opposition from defending Russian troops has been too strong. Many Finnish agitators and East Karelian rebels have been arrested, deported, or forced to flee back to Finland before an actual uprising could be planned. The people are afraid and this is no longer a possibility.
