The government in the other nation has announced its intentions to reinstate the Pragmatic Sanction of 1713, effectively once again allowing for a Habsburg to take their throne, going against our demands after the Great War. We can't really justify going to war over it, but as they may soon pose a threat to us, perhaps we should try to put the squeeze on them?
