What happens
The council has decided that the next most legitimate ruler of Congo would be Moe Poaty III, the Mâ Loango of the Kingdom of Loango, a state existing in and around our western-most provinces, mainly in what is now Middle Congo. Surely he could bring about stability, and achieve unification with the western Congolese provinces?
