What happens
Now that we have established a new civilian administration in the Balkan commissariat, we must decide not only on the purpose of our new subject, but also who will lead the people in the region, and ensure that our policies are properly implemented. Should we place a our politician in the position of Reichskommissar, or should we utilize a local collaborationist?
