What happens
We have had alarming reports that the other nation has begun showing an increased interest in destabilizing the Monroe Doctrine. The Doctrine was put in place to prevent foreign nations from causing trouble on the American continent which we consider our sphere of influence. Judging from previous encounters with the other nation we can only assume that their intents are not good.
