What happens
Following the occupation of the Bryansk, Kursk and Orel oblasts, our army has hatched a plan to utilize local collaborators based in Lokot to more easily govern the region, whilst simultaneously being able to have them muster more units to fight the anti-Russian cause. This would however deny our army-group their spoils of war in the region. Should we authorize the establishment of this Lokot Autonomy?
