What happens
Our neighbors in the north have sent us demands that we hold a referendum to join them. Stating that our people is much like theirs, and that they deserve to live united the have indicated that we should submit to them. We will still be allowed some level of freedom but our foreign policy among other things will be monitored and governed by the theirs.
