What happens
It appears that the leader has made the decision to finally spread his authority to the far areas of China. A representative from its Government has arrived, demanding that we bow to the one true Emperor of China, the Son of Heaven, the leader. Refusing to do so, he continued, would be punished as treason of the higest order.
