What happens
With the capture of Tokyo, the fascist government has fallen and their remaining supporters and military units have fled to China, which has taken control of the outlying islands and Korean and Chinese possessions. The civil war is effectively over, but the truce is tenuous, at best, as the fascists have not been decisively defeated.
