What happens
the other nation has stationed warships just outside our coast in an effort to blockade oil shipments going to their opponents. their government proclaims that they do not seek direct conflict, but rather as a measure to put pressure on their enemy. This is certainly an escalation, and while no one has been harmed yet the presence of warships in the area has tensed the atmosphere in Caracas.
