What happens
Having fallen to enemy forces, the Hebei-Chahar Political Council which acted as a local autonomy to honor the demands for regional demilitarization made by Japan as part of the He-Umezu agreement no longer serves any real purpose. Perhaps it may be time to reign their leadership in, and bring their forces under the command of the central government.
